Does Dementia With Lewy Bodies Kill?

May 25, 2009

Ugh, the school seems to end more, the days never go out and above the hours class seem eternal ...
The heat is there but the 'Summer still no ... Who needs good weather if you're forced to sit on a school desk?
Yesterday I made my first bathroom * - * ... But the sea without friends loses much of its beauty, then for a swim "for good" I'll have to wait a little ...
Now I'm dying to burn yesterday and for the thousands of tasks in class waiting for me, I hope it arrives as soon as June ...
Ah, also expect to arrive in August, at least we can be together, I hope.

The myth of the Kiss in the late '70s

On 10 September 1975, Kiss released their first live album, entitled Alive! With which they can achieve success and win record four times platinum (bringing to the fore some passages of the first three albums, the first of All Rock and Roll All Nite, the first hit of the group), all this despite the group at this time, risks to terminate the contract with the label because of economic problems of the same. Despite the success, the four members of the group did not ever see his face uncovered and that their fame is exponentially increased the sales of the various gadgets signed with the mark of the band.
In March 1976, Kiss, using the famous music producer Bob Ezrin, the album Destroyer, features sounds stronger than ever, while retaining the melodic aspects. It took a great sales success and is defined as one of the best work of their discography, with singles such as Detroit Rock City, God of Thunder, Shout It Out Loud and the ballad Beth (who will represent the single most successful in the history of Kiss USA), which are, even today, their "war horses" and will coverizzati by numerous musicians.
The two following albums, Rock and Roll Over (published on November 11, 1976) and Love Gun (published June 30, 1977), collected so successful that the United States become the band more popular in Japan and their sales success than the fee charged by the Beatles in the nation. The Kiss further ensure a further gain in money thanks to the many items signed by their logo, which became a trademark. In 1977 Kiss released their second live album titled Alive II (awarded at launch with four platinum). In 1978 released their first collection, entitled Double Platinum.
Also in 1978, at the height of their commercial success and record, the group devises new marketing strategy: to publish four simultaneous solo albums. The strategy turned out to be a real need of the individual members to reconcile the difference between music undertake new research and sound personal, as well as to highlight their personality. On 18 September, Kiss publish it at the same time the four solo albums, which bears the title the name of the member who has recorded.
While Paul Stanley and Ace Frehley maintain their style hard rock with their album, Peter Criss follows a style that inspired R & B, while Gene Simmons performs in various musical styles (hard rock, ballads, pop inspired by that of Beatles), and ends her album with a cover of "When You Wish Upon a Star is part of the soundtrack of the film Pinocchio. The album acclaim lower than the previous two albums (due to the quality Music of the songs are not always considered excellent), and this leads to a slight decline in the popularity of the group. Although, recently, Simmons said in his biography that the four solo albums were a success. At the end of 1978, Kiss made their film debut with Kiss Meets the Phantom of the Park, TV movie produced for NBC by Hanna-Barbera which will be derived from even a stage version titled Attack Of The Phantoms.
On 23 May 1979, Kiss released the album Dynasty, with whom he achieved worldwide success thanks to the hit I Was Made For Lovin 'You and Sure Know Something. The album, however, the music sounds rasentanti disc (which was then the music more in vogue and I Was Made For Lovin 'You was a song sent in the very clubs in those years), which causes the group to lose some old fans (used to the hard rock sounds of previous albums), in favor of the Gender disk. Ace Frehley, in an interview, he decreed that period as the beginning of the crisis of the band, but Dynasty was a success beyond expectation.
